Tallaght’s indoor food hall has become one of Dublin’s go to spots for all your favourite kinds of global street food and we are thrilled to point you aggressively in the way of five incredible traders which are now available on Just Eat. Buckle in (if you can after ordering all five).
Priory Market opened up its doors in Tallaght Village back in 2025 offering the community there a new social and cultural hub. On any given day you’ll hear the crackle of a wood fired oven or spot someone pretending they are “just looking” at the dessert before inevitably ordering it.
What makes this place truly special is that no one corner is the same. In one corner you’ll find fermented Korean kimchi. In another, rich Mexican tacos stacked with slow cooked beef. And if you’re not holding your stomach by then, there’s Afro- caribbean comfort that demands a sit down after.
These are the five we couldn’t stop thinking about after we left. But hey, look, if you’re not in the position to make your way down because you really wanted a lie in this weekend that’s not an issue because all of them are now available for Just Eat. Lucky you!
Seoul Kitchen has been serving Korean food in Ireland since 2016 making it the country’s first Korean market stall. Long before gochujang became a consistent contender on your weekly shop list, they were steadily building a following in the most reliable and tested way. Through flavour.
The bulgogi is sliced so thin that we are wondering where the chef got his lethal knife skills from but we are also too scared to ask. It tastes incredible and is cooked hot enough to caramelise on the edges. The japchae is glossy and tangled, with enough chew to keep things interesting and never dull. If you could not get enough of the food they are cooking up, they also sell a whole jar of kimchi being properly fermented and bringing life to every bite.
The dakgalbi with crispy onion topping and incredible sweet and spicy flavours, priced at 13.00 Euro, is the best place to start your budding relationship with Seoul Kitchen and we hope it makes you reconsider your usual takeaway rotation.

Founder Dave Homes pivoted from studying forensic science into pizza making, and that attention is evident in the dough of every slice made.
The base is slow fermented, lightly blistered around the rim and chewy throughout the centre without collapsing under a sweet selection of toppings.
We however want you to try out the Luciano. At €14.90 this one brings in a perfect tasty circle: crushed tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, ventricina salami, fresh serrano chillies & Coke Lane chilli honey. With enough sweetness and heat this one will have you devouring the whole thing.

El Milagro is run by Julian Trejo Pascual and his mother Maribel, and the family roots are evident in the cooking.
The juicy beef brisket for the burrito is slow cooked in Guajillo and Ancho (spicy and rich) sauce. The pico de gallo cuts through the rich food and is vibrant without overwhelming everything else on your plate.
The Beef tacos with the same slowed cooked beef, priced at €15.50 is the dish we demand you grab on their stacked menu. Layered, balanced and served in two’s. One for you now and one for when you swear you’re not hungry anymore but absolutely are.

Bless up centres itself around Afro-Carribean recipes passed down through generations all the way to your heart, soul and stomach. Mostly your stomach though to be honest.
The Shawarma is generously filled and tightly packed. You get fresh veggies and your choice of African sauce or Jerk style sauce, both are highly recommended. But we know what you came for, don’t be shy; it’s a popular one on their menu for a reason.
Jollof rice, one of Africa’s wider known dishes served with spicy chicken at €15.00 Euro, delivers heat and depth with each grain. Making it extremely comforting and exactly what you want when subtlety isn’t the goal.

Cafollas traces its roots back over one hundred years in Dublin, reimagined for your pleasure at Priory Market.
The soft serve is smooth and balanced and has all the sweetness you’ll ever need. The flavour options are too numerous to count. Buono Deluxe, Oreo Brownie and Bubblegum Unicorn and yes that is an actual flavour.
However if you are truly trying to claim you have superior taste buds to your pals than the Acai Sunday Bowl makes a really strong case. At €11.00 Euro this secret weapon comes with soft serve ice cream, crushed lotus biscoff and lotus biscoff sauce. What more is there to say ?

Priory Market was created to give independent traders the visibility they so rightly deserve. With several vendors now available on Just Eat, their reach extends beyond Tallaght Village.
You can still wander the market in person and debate your options or you can order from the comfort of your sofa. Either way, the cooking holds up.
Explore Priory Markets traders on Just Eat and decide for yourself.
