Daddy’s Blue Cheese Quiche

Priding themselves on making old-style dishes well, Daddy’s have taken on one of the OGs of the kitchen table, the quiche. With a buttery shortcrust pastry shell, the team opted for a Crozier blue cheese, melted leek innards with a hazelnut crumb. The slice is served with McNally’s Organic Leaves with pickled red onion on top. The team at Daddy’s have said that their quiches are cooked from scratch every day.
