According to their Instagram bio, they will be serving brunch, dinner, cocktails, and wine. Reservations are now open through their website.

The brunch menu will feature avocado toast, and the dinner menu will include Flambé Gambas, among others.

The new eatery is run by Alison, Sergiu and Alex from Kealy’s of Cloghran, along with Head Chef Santiago Diaz. Santiago is the former head chef of Gourmet Food Parlour and has worked in kitchens for the past ten years.

Giovanni’s Pizzeria closed down in February 2020 after thirty years in business. The Building has been vacant since.
