Hyde, a new, state-of-the-art bar and restaurant, is opening just off Dublin’s Grafton Street.

Located on Dublin’s Lemon Street, Hyde will be a new four-storey space comprising a sleek café, contemporary Asian restaurant, chic terrace, and stylish rooftop bar. The new establishment is housed in a multi-let building – part of the Creation Arcade – which fronts onto Duke Street, where Nespresso has been for the past few years.

Hyde is set to open three of its four stories in early November. Coming in spring 2023 will be the Hyde rooftop bar which will serve up a yakitori and canapé menu. The bar will also serve as an events space capable of catering for up to 200 guests.

The Hyde bar, which is currently wrapping up it’s fit-out, will be operated by the consortium of Mike Ormond and Ian Redmond. These two have operated two food-and-beverage outlets in Dublin Airport since 2009. They have partnered with John McCafferty, formerly of the Pembroke bar and restaurant in Dublin 2 in this new venture.
