Nagomi is Our New Monkstown Sushi Fix

Words: Tobi Ilori

We have been teaming up with our friends at Just Eat to spotlight the food spots we genuinely rate at Char. Nagomi at Monkstown is our latest obsession.

Lately I’ve been thinking about what I actually want to eat now that we are slowly exiting what felt like perpetual darkness and bad vibes. Hot pho and spicy curries have been my usual takeaway rotation for the past couple of months. I love them, but lately I’ve been craving something lighter

But a new contender has entered the rotation: Nagomi. This Japanese restaurant has three things in mind that it wants you to feel. Calm, balanced and ready to settle in for a relaxed evening when cooking feels like too much effort. They are also now available on Just Eat, so if you haven’t tried it yet here’s the order I’d put in to get you started.

Start with Sushi

Add Something Warm

Move to a Main

As the evenings get brighter and lighter meals start to feel more appealing, spots like Nagomi will really start to shine and make all the difference.

If the sharp cuts of fish, balanced sauces and generous sushi platters haven’t convinced you yet, the menu probably will. Just don’t be surprised when your mates start posting their Nagomi orders on instagram and you realise you should’ve listened.

We’ve been working with Just Eat to spotlight places we genuinely rate, and Nagomi in Monkstown firmly lands on that list. Whether you decide to visit the restaurant or decide to order in. We can promise you one thing. This place is,quite simply, tasty as hell.

Explore Nagomi on Just Eat or visit in person at 99 Monkstown Rd, Dublin, A94 Y8D8
