World Class Cocktail Festival Returns to Dublin

Dublin, get ready to raise your glasses and loosen your belts because the World Class Cocktail Festival is coming back to Dublin from May 4.

This celebration of all things cocktail, and it’s set to be an epic extravaganza. One highlight of the festival is the sustainability-led cocktail and food pairing experience hosted by Ketel One at Bovinity on Capel Street.

Whiskey connoisseurs can treat themselves to an immersive tasting experience at the Roe & Co Distillery in The Liberties. Sip on some Roe & Co whiskey and cocktails while learning about the rich history and craftsmanship behind it.

There will also be guest appearances by some of the world’s best bartenders. Adrian Michalcik, the World Champion Bartender, will be showcasing his skills at 9 Below in Dublin and Cask in Cork. Meanwhile, BAR 1661, Ireland’s Bar of the Year 2022, will also have their own lineup. It’s a chance to sample drinks from the crème de la crème of bartending talent.

For those with a sweet tooth, there will be a Ron Zacapa rum and dessert pairing experience in partnership with an Irish chocolatier at Three Storey on St Stephen’s Green.n Ketel One will be sponsoring a Bloody Mary brunch at Nolita on Sunday.

Of course, there will be the actual competition taking place over the course of the weekend. The final of which will take place on Monday, May 8, and the winner will be announced.
