All Good x Madra Bros will pop up on Aungier Street this Friday, December 16, in Network Café at 18:30

Madra Bros has been teasing its forthcoming opening all year. They were all set to start slinging their all Irish frankfurter style dogs in October. But then the world collapsed into an energy crisis, and they had to reevaluate.

So instead of just calling it off all together, they are popping up to bring us quality dawgs. The event will have a DJ, music & dancin’. But the focus will be on the classic American hotdogs, which will kick off at €7.25 for 100 per cent Irish Pork.

The menu will feature A Chilli Dog homemade from Adrian’s brothers’ recipe, A Dublin Childhood Classic dog with ‘red sauce n mustard’ and A Chicago Dog because you have to have it. If you’ve seen The Bear, you know this to be true.

All Good is a new natural wine bar from the same team behind Network Cafe. The spot has a carefully selected but impactful list of twenty-two options sourced from three natural wine-oriented suppliers; La Mission, Grape Circus and Le Caveau.

Oliver Cruise, Co-Founder/Head of Operations, said they want their ‘list is for the wines to reflect the overall vibe of All Good.’ The wines are natural, organic and biodynamic, reflecting how the team went with coffee when opening Network.

Coffee and natural wine have been synonymous for many years attracting similar customers and encouraging connoisseurship. However, Dublin is on a wave of wine evolution, and All Good wants to be part of it.
