11 monkeypox vaccination centres have opened across the country with three centres in Dublin alone.
Dublin hospitals St. James’, St. Vincent’s, and the Mater will offer the monkeypox vaccine by appointment from today. The vaccine appointments are available regardless of migration status with no PPSN required.

The roll-out to high-priority groups is already underway, with almost 500 people vaccinated so far.
194 people have been infected with the disease in Ireland, with 11 of those requiring hospitalisation.
