This Christmas, the Guinness Storehouse is taking festive celebrations to new heights with Christmas Nights at Gravity, a unique collaboration with Love Tempo and BIG FAN.
When the sun sets, Dublin’s most iconic bar above the rooftops transforms into a one-of-a-kind festive destination. Alongside panoramic views of the city twinkling with lights, there is a seriously impressive spread of food, cocktails, and entertainment.

Eat, Drink and Enjoy the Festivities
Move over cocktail sausages and mini vol-au-vents, the Guinness Storehouse is taking canapés to new heights. Head Chef Alex Zhang of one of our favourite restaurants, BIGFAN, takes over the kitchen to create limited-edition dishes with a twist of Guinness inspiration.
Finding ways to pay homage to Guinness in the recipes is something Alex really took in stride. Some of the savouries he is planning are already keeping us up at night with excitement, Dan-Dan Savoury Doughnut – a unique take on the classic sweet treat with a rich umami and spicy twist infused with Szechuan flavours

“I have used Guinness in recipes numerous times. However, this is the first time I have crafted something so unique with it. The rich, deep flavour of Guinness balances so well with the spicy, fragrant elements of Chinese cuisine”
– BIGFAN Head Chef Alex Zhang.
In a real show of Christmas magic, Love Tempo is back. The team, who had to close up shop due to a fire, is gearing up to reopen in the new year but we can welcome them early at the Guinness Storehouse.: Their talented bar team have created two new cocktails, exclusively available at Christmas Nights at Gravity: the Plum Pudding Old Fashioned with Guinness spiced syrup and the Apricot and Sage Paloma.
While you nibble on the small plates and sip a cocktail, you can melt into the music with a lineup of DJs curated by Love Tempo, featuring sets from Sally Cinnamon, Ricky Chong, Claire Beck, Onai, Shrem, and more.

“We are very excited to be given the opportunity to bring a little bit of Love Tempo back to Dublin 8 just in time for Christmas. It is such a lovely opportunity to see familiar faces from the neighbourhood at the Gravity Bar while we work on our reopening in 2026,”
– Love Tempo co-founder David Parle.
Even if you cannot make it in the evening, the Guinness Storehouse should still be on your to-do list this winter. By day, it is a wonderland filled with beautiful decorations, roving trad bands, choirs, and surprise performances. The Snug N0.0llaig pop-up doubles as a vinyl listening lounge sampling Guinness 0.0 alongside carefully curated tunes, the perfect spot to unwind or warm up for the night ahead.
The Guinness Storehouse also celebrates Irish creativity through These Walls: Landmarks, featuring new works by Hazel O’Sullivan and Niall de Buitléar, creating a striking visual backdrop to the celebrations.
Christmas Nights at Gravity takes place across select nights in November, with tickets priced at €55 per person. Each ticket includes entry to the Gravity Bar with Love Tempo DJs, an Apricot and Sage Paloma on arrival, a choice of a Guinness or Guinness 0.0 pint, and three dishes from BIGFAN’s menu. Strictly over 21s only.

Enjoy Guinness responsibly.
