What sets her creations apart? Tara Gartlan Chocolate is a labour of love, carefully crafted for those with coeliac dietary requirements. But just as tasty for all of us who can also process gluten.

Tara Gartlan Chocolate was born out of Tara’s personal journey as a diagnosed coeliac. Frustrated with the lack of luxurious desserts that catered to her dietary needs, she embarked on a mission to create exquisite bonbons that everyone could enjoy. Her dedication shines through in every bite.

Quality is at the heart of Tara Gartlan’s creations. She sources ethically produced Valrhona Chocolate, Irish Butter, and Sea Salt, with a commitment to using locally grown ingredients whenever possible. Tara’s artistic touch comes to life with cocoa butter decorations, while the chocolate shell is cast with precision, encapsulating tantalizing fillings.
