Sidekick Is Opening In Dublin And Galway With Free Smash Burgers

Sidekick is celebrating its new opening with 100 free smash burgers both at Dublin Docklands and in Galway on July 31st, with free merch and a DJ on the terrace.

We have burger-related information we are sitting on that’s going to blow your mind and make your week that much better.

This Friday, July 31st, the lovely folks at Sidekick are celebrating the launch of their new opening by giving out 100 free smash burgers at The Dean Docklands and another 100 free smash burgers at The Dean Galway. See, isn’t your week looking that much exciting?

They’ll be available from 12pm until gone, which means lunch has been given a clear enough start time. The good news doesn’t stop with delicious smashburgers though.

There’ll be free merch, including hats and shirts, plus a DJ on the terrace if you are feeling like doing some cardio in the form of the worm on the dance floor.

What’s Happening

For just one day only Sidekick is spotlighting its signature smashburger as part of its new opening.

The true essence of a smashburger lies entirely in the sear. Once the patty hits the grill and gets firmly pressed down, it develops those distinctively crispy edges that prove a burger has truly earned a place in your hand.

Now hold your horses: we do have to remind you that the burgers are complimentary, and availability is strictly limited. So do yourself a favour and get down early, unless you enjoy standing around saying, “Ah no, are they gone?” in public. While everyone else is already munching.

The Dippers Deserve A Mention Too

Sidekick is no-one trick pony, and they know that a burger without something to dunk it into can feel like unfinished business.

The menu will also have dippers designed for the smashburgers including Texan gravy, cheese dip, French burger dip and blue cheese.

Offering four separate paths for dipping is seriously generous, and each one tells a different story. For those seeking pure comfort, the gravy has your back while the cheese dip remains the absolute top-tier choice. The French burger dip is for anyone who wants something richer and saucier to dunk into. The blue cheese is the sharper option, and probably the one that will divide the table in the best way.

When and Where?

The Free smash burger drop is happening at:
