Here’s How to Get Coffee for a Euro in Dublin this Week

The Bean Box Coffee Shop on Aungier Street have a one-euro coffee special from March 13 to 18. According to a press release, you “just ask the lads in-store, and they’ll sort you out with a coupon.”

This is the third location for The Bean Box, but their first brick-and-mortar one opened in Avalon House on Aungier Street (a former Starbucks premises).

The Bean Box, which officially opened its doors on February 3, is owned and operated by two Dublin brothers. It offers locally-sourced coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches – all handmade from scratch. The cafe will launch its brunch menu next month, featuring a small selection of food made in Ireland.

The Bean Box was first established in 2020 by brothers Lloyd and Jordan, who set up coffee boxes in Greenhills and Drimnagh. They pride themselves on their Barista skills, especially when it comes to flat whites, Dublin’s favourite coffee.
