Dingle Launch Limited Edition Bealtaine Whiskey and Event

Dingle Whiskey has just announced the launch of their latest limited-edition release, Bealtaine Single Pot Still, as part of their Wheel of the Year series.

They’re celebrating this bad boy with a series of exclusive events filled with fire, food, and of course, whiskey!

The Bealtaine Single Pot Still is the third release in the series. It has been lovingly aged in Bourbon casks with a Shiraz cask finish. It’s got all the good stuff—a nose of sun-dried raisins, sweet dates, and nutty caramel. On the palate, it’s like velvety dark chocolate and finishes with a warm spice. It’s basically like drinking liquid craic.

But enough about the whiskey, let’s talk about the events. They’re taking place on May 1 and 2 at The Wicklow Escape, and they promise to be a feast for the senses. Guests will be treated to premium Dingle serves, fire-inspired cocktails, and a three-course meal. And that’s not all, folks! There will be live music, storytelling performers Aindrias de Staic on May 1st and Candlelit Tales on May 2nd, and a fire show by Pyro Collective. It’s like a mini-festival of its own, but with whiskey!

The Celtic Wheel of the Year has eight periods. But Dingle Distillery is coming out with not eight but nine editions of their Wheel of the Year series! They’re adding the ninth release to celebrate Wren’s Day, which isn’t technically part of the Celtic Wheel of the Year. But it’s a big deal in Dingle, so they’re giving it some love. The Bealtaine festival marks the end of spring and the start of summer. Back in the day, they used to move animals to summer pastures and light bonfires to celebrate and bring on those good harvest vibes.

Unheard of from other festivals, tickets include round-trip transport from Dublin city centre to the heart of Wicklow. So if you’re a true Dingle whiskey connoisseur or just looking for an excuse to party, check out the full details and grab your tickets for these exclusive events. And don’t forget to snag a bottle of Bealtaine Single Pot Still while you’re at it. With only 5,500 bottles available, you don’t want to miss out on this limited release.

Please enjoy Dingle Whiskey responsibly.
