Chez Max to Re-Open Tomorrow

The highly anticipated reopening of Chez Max, the city’s beloved French bistro. After months of refurbishment, is here.

The restaurant is finally ready to welcome diners back to its charming setting.

Chez Max has long been a favourite among Dublin’s Francophiles. Known for its authentic French cuisine, warm ambience, and impeccable service. The restaurant’s closure for refurbishment was met with both excitement and trepidation. Change is scary and exciting in equal measure most of the time.

The interior has been tastefully updated. There are new lighting fixtures and comfortable seating. It still retains the cosy, intimate feel that made the restaurant so popular in the first place.

But it’s the terrace that shall be the big draw. As Dulin embraces outdoor dining Chez Max established itself as a core area. Now with all the bells and whistles it’s set to be the best of the bunch.

Of course, no French bistro would be complete without an extensive wine list. Chez Max does not disappoint in this regard. The restaurant offers a carefully curated selection of French wines, both by the glass and by the bottle, to complement every dish on the menu.

Overall, the reopening of Chez Max is a cause for celebration for Dublin’s food scene. With its updated interior and diverse menu, the restaurant continues to offer a taste of authentic French cuisine in the heart of the city.
