Bar 1661 is Launching a New Spritz Menu And You Can Get One Free

BAR 1661 has answered our sweaty, overheated little prayers by launching a brand new lineup of specially crafted spritz cocktails to help us cool off.

From July 12th Bar 1661 will add a new, pretty lil line up to their iconic cocktail menu.

As one of the country’s most lauded, awarded, and adored cocktail bars, they’re not about to throw together just anything. These concoctions take the humble spritz and transform it into pure alchemy, creating flavour combinations that truly offer something unique.

Five Fruity Flavours

There are five spritzes on offer, made using the best of Irish ingredients:

  • Sú Talún (Strawberry) – Killahora Pomo, strawberry wine, amaro, tonka, and verjus
  • Silín (Cherry) – Stillgarden Berrissimo, sour cherry, chai, nectarine, osmanthus, and génépy
  • Úll (Apple) – Longueville House apple brandy, elderflower, pear, sour apple, and Sauvignon Blanc
  • Tonach (Tonic) – Valentia Island vermouth, white port, black cardamom, bergamot, and lemon tonic
  • Anann (Pineapple) – Weavers vodka, pineapple, rhubarb, pandan, and coffee

How to Get Your Free Spritz

Each drink is priced at €15, but to celebrate the launch, BAR 1661 is giving some away for free.

On Friday 11th July, BAR 1661 will be offering a complimentary spritz (one per person) on arrival to anyone who books a table between 2–5pm. You can book on their website.
