AIMSIR call a halt to their at home boxes ‘for the foreseeable future’

The two Michelin star restaurant has ceased it’s at home offering
Irish cuisine’s wunderkind restaurant AIMSIR has ended its at home box service. Calling it the “end of an era” the Celbridge-based restaurant announced that they would be halting their dining kit for “the foreseeable future”.
Chef Jordan Bailey and his team at been putting together a premium dining kit for several months, creating multiple courses with seasonal and indigenously sourced ingredients.
The restaurant have announced that they will be “completely change the concept” and have said they will be launching this new concept mid May.
“It’s been amazing to share our passion for fantastic food which could be enjoyed in the comfort and safety of your own home,” the team at AIMSIR said.
