A Hot Dog Pop Up is Happening This Weekend

All Good x Madra Bros will pop up on Aungier Street this Friday and Saturday, March 10 and 11, in Network Café at 18:30

There will be DJs both evenings this weekend, with our de facto resident DJ crew Bella Festa hosting Ahoy on Friday and Marcus O’Laoire taking over the decks on Saturday.

The menu will feature A Chilli Dog homemade from Adrian (the owner) brothers’ recipe, A Dublin Childhood Classic dog with ‘red sauce n mustard’, and A Chicago Dog because you have to have it. If you’ve seen The Bear, you know this to be true.

To nab a table at the event this week, simply slide into All Good’s DMs and say you want a Madra Bro’s dog soon.

This is part of an initiative where each month at All Good; they partner up with existing operators to have a party with them. All Good brings the booze, and they bring the food. After Madra Bros will be Dash Burger on March 24, that one will be ticketed.

All Good is a new natural wine bar from the same team behind Network Cafe. The spot has a carefully selected but impactful list of twenty-two options sourced from three natural wine-oriented suppliers; La Mission, Grape Circus, and Le Caveau.

Oliver Cruise, Co-Founder/Head of Operations, said they want their ‘list for the wines to reflect the overall vibe of All Good.’ The wines are natural, organic, and biodynamic, reflecting how the team went with coffee when opening Network.
