Things to eat in and around Dublin from March 21 until March 28

We have collected some of the most delectable foods being sold in Dublin right now and compiled them into an extensive ol’ list. Here are five things in Dublin this week that we like the look of:

05

Mexican fiesta burger – Box Burger Bray

Burgers almost always present themselves as ready to be devoured whole. This is no exception. Box Burger’s Mexican fiesta burger looks like it would be a party in your mouth. Made up of a beef patty, lettuce, onion, pickled jalapeños, chipotle, guacamole, sour cream and ketchup, this burger is set up to be a flavourful saucy boy. They also have a vegan version on their Vox Burger menu too.

04

Iceberg Wedge – Juniors Dublin

The crunch on this looks set to be an experience in and of itself. So as we officially start budding into spring, it’s heartwarming to see the return of the salad. Composed of crisp iceberg lettuce, covered in a pretzel and bacon crumb, liberally dressed in parmesan with buttermilk ranch dressing, this left of centre take on the classic Ceaser Salad looks like it’s worth a munch.

03

Yer Saucy Ma – Hush

No best looking list is complete without a good sandwich. With Mothers’ Day looming at the end of the week, nothing could look better or be more appropriately named than Yer Saucy Ma from Hush. It ticks every box, made up of chargrilled cajun chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, peppery rocket leaves, and citrus garlic mayo in a soft but crispy roll to make it a must-eat in Dublin this week.

02

Singapore Noodles – Lao Dublin

These noodles are set up to feed the largest hunga’ you know. Singapore noodles have become a mainstay of takeaway culture in Dublin, but they’re not easy to get right. The Asian street food needs a deft hand to craft a balance of flavour, texture, and sauce to come together as well as this. These noodles look like they hit that sweet spot and would be worth cheating on your local Chinese for.

01

Korean Tacos – Orale Street Food

Orale Street Food rarely, if ever, miss a beat and these tacos are no exception. Made up of Korean Pork with kimchi and apple slaw, spring onions, and coriander encased in a purple tortilla, these juicy numbers sound like a food texture lovers’ dream. Combining Korean flavours with their signature Mexican flare has made this a colourful flavour experience worth crossing the city for.
