Lucky Tortoise’s Scallion Pancakes

Known as “cong you bing”, the savoury pancake is made by folding oil and minced scallions through unleavened flatbread. Lucky Tortoise’s take on the traditional Chinese dish, comes with chilli oil and chopped scallions. Stack A’s Pork Belly

The recently reopened Stack A Restaurant has rolled out a new set menu, for their vaulted dining room. Headed up by chef Dan Keane the menu features a lot of seasonal ingredients, including the slow-cooked rare breed pork belly that’s been paired with balsamic pickled fig, salsa verde, and fermented chilli. Bread 41’s Poptarts

With just the flip of a toaster, poptarts can bring you right back to nostalgia town. The Dublin bakers have created their own version of the pastries, complete with sprinkles and icing, the team wrote, “our childhood favourite that we still can’t get enough of”. Wigwam’s Tropical Ceviche

This season of warming soups and rich dark fruits, would have you craving a last little taste of Indian Summer. Wigwam have created a tropical ceviche, that looks as fresh as a daisy. Using sea bass, the ceviche is placed on a base of açaí, topped with chilli, pickled red onion and chunks of mango. Daddy’s Blue Cheese Quiche

Priding themselves on making old-style dishes well, Daddy’s have taken on one of the OGs of the kitchen table, the quiche. With a buttery shortcrust pastry shell, the team opted for a Crozier blue cheese, melted leek innards with a hazelnut crumb. The slice is served with McNally’s Organic Leaves with pickled red onion on top. The team at Daddy’s have said that their quiches are cooked from scratch every day.
