Bibi’s Café are opening another cafe on the Southside

By Emily Mullen

🤐

Bibi’s Café is set to expand soon, with the keys for the new premises already secured. The new cafe is set to be open “soon” somewhere in the “south of the city” according to a post from the team.

The photograph included in the post shows a seaside location, and their suppliers Tartine Organic Bakery and Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters are tagged in the post which does indicate that they will be included in the new spot. Aside from guesses about the seaside location and the suppliers little else is known.

Bibi’s in Portobello has been playing a blinder during the pandemic serving coffees and treats to the locals as well as offering a brownie delivery service in addition to their Bake at Home dinner options.

The cafe set in 14b Emorville Avenue was opened in 2010 by sisters Petria and Maisha Lenehan and has been kept in the Lenehan family since then.

For more information about the new opening follow Bibi’s Café on Instagram.
