Holly Dalton is a workshop host, condiment entrepreneur, and chef of many talents. A teenage interest in Japanese food fuelled her journey to professional kitchens. She experimented in her home kitchen with Japanese cookbooks from the Book Centre and ingredients her parents would buy for her. After school, she joined the Culinary Arts programme at DIT (now Technical University Dublin).
Most well-known for its food workshops, Warehouse Food Market, launched in January. It has a seasonal selection of handmade sandwiches and soups from a takeaway lunch counter. They also do speciality coffee by Cloud Picker. They also carry an extensive selection of local and European produce. Including but not limited to antipasti, free-range meats, organic dry ingredients, and environmentally friendly, sustainable products for housekeeping and cleaning.
The Irish brands on offer include quality producers such as Gubbeen Farmhouse, McLoughlin’s Butchers, Toons Bridge Dairy, Sustainable Seafood Ireland (SSI), Rosa Madre, Tartine Bakery, Ballymakenny Farm and Lilliput Stores.
