Fever-Tree releases two new summer flavours

Words: Ellen Kenny

Fever-Tree has some new releases that promise to be the perfect pairing for all your summer drinks.

Premium mixer Fever-Tree have released two new flavours to give your drinks a sweet summer taste. Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water and Mexican Lime Soda are their newest mixers to get you through this heat.

Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water is crafted with the natural flavourings of sweet British rhubarb and juicy Scottish raspberries. This sweet tonic water offers a refreshing spin on your summer gin.

Fever-Tree recommend pairing this new flavour with some sweeter sloe gin, garnished with a handful of fresh raspberries.

Also, if you want to take it a bit further, Fever-Tree also suggest pairing Raspberry & Rhubarb with 50 millilitres of Aperol and Prosecco to create a fruity summer spritz.

Along with their Raspberry & Rhubarb, their new Mexican Lime Soda is made with Tahiti lime from Mexico and pressed oil extract from the Japanese yuzu. The contrast between the zesty Tahiti lime and floral Japanese yuzu create a balanced sharp tang with a delicate sweetness.

This juicy bite and natural sweetness pairs well with vodka and tequila. If you also top it with a slice of lime, Fever-Tree reckon this mix is the ideal summer cocktail for lovers of fizz.
