Things to eat in and around Dublin from August 8 until August 15

We’ve collected some of the most delectable foods being sold in Dublin right now and compiled them into an extensive ol’ list. Here are five things in Dublin this week that we like the look of:

05

Durrus Wild Mushroom Agnolotti – Mae

Everything that comes out of Mae always looks impressive, but this juicy number is exceptional level heavenly. Durrus is a farmhouse cheese made in West Cork with a mild creamy flavour and full fruity aftertaste. Pair that with unctuous wild mushrooms, black garlic, hazelnut, and black pepper butter you’ve got yourself a dish to dine for.

04

Fagiolini Verde – Sienna’s Malahide

This is the summer when peas go from mushy to must-have. This dish is a shining example of what the little fellas are capable of. This Fagiolini Verde is made up of chicken strips, lemon and spinach emulsion, and peas with a parmesan glaze. It looks so delicious you’d track to Malahide just for it.

03

Ndjua Love Me – Golden Brown

It’s hard to beat a cheese toastie but add nduja to it, and it’s game-changing. First, it’s the original savoury sandwich stuffed with spice. Now add to that the crisp and crunchy bread, and you have no reason not to make a beeline for this chomper.

02

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich – 3FE

When it’s as warm out as it is now, you need your veggies. They are a great way to eat your hydration. Not only that, but this sandwich looks top-notch. The bread, cheese and vegetables all look like they’re here to make your lunchtime easier, which is what we all need on days like these.

01

Big Dipper – Nice Burger

It’s a burger dipped in cheese. Look at it. It looks like your embittered hard heart would melt. You probably thought you had eaten every type of burger there was. But if you haven’t eaten a chicken burger dipped in cheese sauce, you have missed the fudge. This is a meal that takes things to a whole new level. So get on it this week.
