Nomo Ramen and White Mausu Set to Drop Collab

New Collab just dropped. Nomo Ramen and White Mausu are teaming up to bring a limited-edition culinary experience to the table. Starting October 1st and running through November, this is the kind of collaboration we love to see.

The Nomo x White Mausu collaboration will introduce two new dishes onto Nomo’s Autumn menu: Smoky Chicken Karaage Mazemen and Smoky Mayo Chicken Bao Bun.

To celebrate the first 15 customers who order the Mazamen + Bao will receive an exclusive Nomo T-shirt and a jar of White Mausu’s Smoky Chilli Oil. It’s a limited-time offer that adds an extra layer of excitement to an already thrilling collaboration.

Nomo

Nomo Ramen was founded by the culinary visionary Kevin Hughes in April ’22. It has swiftly become a cornerstone of Ireland’s gastronomic landscape. Their delectable Chicken Broth has been making patrons smile since day one. White Mausu is another homegrown Irish brand created by Katie Sanderson in 2016. They have been wowing spice enthusiasts with their range of tantalizing condiments. Of course, this includes the legendary “craic” sauce known as Peanut Rayu.

The first dish the Smoky Chicken Karaage Mazemen is a twist on a Japanese classic. This broth-less dish combines White Mausu’s brand-new Smoky Chilli Oil with one of Nomo’s signature tares. This should be an explosion of umami-rich flavours. Topped with Nomo’s irresistible super crispy Chicken Karaage and house pickles, this Mazemen is set to be dish worth going out of your way for.

Nomo

You can literally never have too many bao in your life, so we’re very excited to try the Smoky Mayo Chicken Bao Bun The collaboration takes another exciting turn with the Smoky Mayo Chicken Bao Bun. Utilizing White Mausu’s Smoky Chilli Oil as the foundation for a mayo, this dish features Nomo’s famously crunchy Chicken Karaage. The result is a heavenly, pillow-soft Bao Bun that is simply unmissable.

So mark your calendars for October 1st and make your way to Nomo Ramen. We’ll see yiz in the queue.
