New natty wine bar opening in the city on Friday

All Good is a new natural wine bar opening on Aungier Street from the same team behind Network Cafe.

The new spot will have a carefully selected but impactful list of twenty-two options sourced from three natural wine-oriented suppliers; La Mission, Grape Circus and Le Caveau.

The wine list will change seasonally to include wines the team ‘believe suit a specific time of the year best’. For the opening, the team have opted for a balance of some fruity and smashable bottles. They also have more traditional full-bodied varietals for Spring/Summer 22.

The new space will feature winemakers such as Joao Pato, Daniel Ramos, Judith Beck and the Marco Barba boys. The team want their ‘list is for the wines to reflect the overall vibe of All Good.’ The wines are natural, organic and biodynamic, reflecting how the team went with coffee when opening Network.

Coffee and natural wine have been synonymous for many years attracting similar customers and encouraging connoisseurship. However, Dublin is on a wave of wine evolution, and All Good wants to be part of it.

Oliver Cruise, Co-Founder/Head of Operations said it ‘is very much an evolution of what Network stood for; Network was always a place for people to meet and ‘network’, it was never really just about the coffee. With All Good, this deeper thought holds true; it’s very much a place for people to come and connect over a glass of wine and small plates, more than just what we serve in terms of the wine and the food. It’s everything from the setting through to the music!’

In keeping with the season of fun and freshness, they will also offer a limited seasonal cocktail menu, which will keep with the summer season of fun and freshness. While food will not be available this week, it will be soon. The team hopes to expand into it by the start of July. The menu will consist of small plates of charcuterie and cheese, focusing on independent Irish suppliers such as Lilliput, Toonsbridge and the Wooded Pig.

In the future, All Good also hopes to have DJs playing and ‘really doubling down on creating a vibe in a wine bar Dublin has to see’.
