Fuppin Delish has officially opened in Dublin 6

The team behind the Fuppin Delish food truck have opened their permanent home in Humphrey’s Bar in Ranelagh.

They are now open in Ranelagh’s quintessential beer garden seven days a week. Monday to Friday 17:00 – 22:00 and Saturday to Sunday 14:00 – 22:00.

The new menu for their opening weekend will feature Pork tacos, ‘fupilocos’ with added gummy bears and their Torta Ahogada; a tasty pork sandwich drowned in a spicy tomato sauce. The team say they will constantly be adding chef specials and new items.

From their 2017 pop up in Phibsborough to their stint at Dublin 8 market Dinetown, Fuppin Delish has established itself as one of the prime contenders in Mexican inspired street food game. The team gained both respect and notoriety for their Tayto version of American cult phenom dorilocos, a TexMex dish made of corn chips, peanuts, dried fruit, onion and coriander served up in a repurposed Doritos bag.

Situated next door to Smyth’s; Humphrey’s has been a family-owned pub since the early 1900s. It’s a spacious bar with prime real estate being their snugs. It boasts a covered and heated beer garden, both with a quality of Guinness that hovers tidily around a fiver.
