Gordita’s has popped up at Hens Teeth in Dublin 8 and Dingle Distillery have a new pop up named Wren bar that opens this weekend in Dublin 2.
The Wren Bar on 47 Nassau Street will be an intimate bar that will serve handcrafted cocktails. The drinks will showcase Dingle Distillery’s gin, vodka and whiskey spirits. The bespoke menu is curated using the finest of ingredients from The Wild Atlantic Way.
Their menu includes The Renegade – A classic Old Fashioned re-imagined with Dingle Single Malt, house-blended bitters and Porterhouse Renegade Pale Ale syrup and The Skellig Sour, a fruity Gin Sour with Dingle Gin, Skellig Pineapple Jam, citrus and egg whites.
The pop up will run for an undetermined number of weeks. It will be open every Friday and Saturday evening from 17:00 – 00:00 including the St Patricks Day weekend. Capacity is limited to sixteen guests at a time for two-hour sessions so be sure to book.
Gordita’s will pop up in the new Hi-Fi lounge in Hens Teeth for one week only. From tomorrow until Saturday, March 12 they’ll open every day from 10:30 – 15:00. Coffee will be available from the Hen’s Teeth Café team.
Gordita’s is a Dublin based bakery specializing in Argentine alfajores which they call Alfies. They make delicious cookies, fill them up with caramel and coat them in Belgian chocolate.
