Nico Reynolds, known from RTE’s All Fired Up, will host a charcoal masterclass on Saturday. And brace yourselves for the dream team of Aishling Moore (Goldie), Gaz Smith, and João Carlos of Michael’s. This dynamic trio will showcase the art of fin-to-tail grilling, tantalizing your taste buds with their fish cooked over fire.

This year’s Bastecamp lineup spans the globe. The unmistakable influence of USA barbecue will make its mark with renowned pitmasters. YouTube sensation chef Brad Leone will grill oysters and smoke lamb shanks on Saturday and Sunday. Joining the American barbecue brigade is Tennessee pitmaster Pat Martin. Pat will delve into the secrets of traditional whole hog barbecue alongside Daniel Vaughan, editor of Texas Monthly.
