WineLab customers can now refer a friend and each will receive ten per cent off their initial order.
If you go on to recommend more mates you’ll score a tenner off your next order for every successful referral made. To refer a friend you simply generate a link on their website, share it with your friends, and if they use the link to place their first order you will both get ten per cent off. Basically the same as Revolut.
WineLab is a wine merchant with a focus on sustainable wines. They have become a household name thanks to their collaborations with Sprezzatura. They now work with over four hundred leading restaurant and hospitality outlets on the island of Ireland.
Founded in 2013 by Ronan Farrell, and Richie Byrne. Farrell graduated from UC Davis Winemaking Certificate Programme and has fifteen years of experience in the Irish wine trade. While Byrne is a draught technical services manager with over twenty years of experience in Ireland.
Their wine on tap technology is smaller, smarter and more cost-effective than competitors. Their kegs are fully recyclable. In 2019 the team launched a closed-loop recycling system, where used kegs are collected and shipped back to the manufacturer to make fresh ones.
WineLab also offers a subscription service. Customers can get a new box of wine delivered to their door monthly for as little as forty euros.
WineLab made headlines recently for accepting cryptocurrency. Their Instagram states they currently accept six cryptocurrencies. These include Ethereum, Bitcoin, and two stable coins pegged to the US dollar: Dai and USD Coin.
